This solution was designed so that clients who are neglectful in making timely appointments are
more likely to make their appointments on a more regular schedule. This in the end means more
money for you.
For example, Bill should be making an appointment every 2 months that generate $50 in sales for
you. Bill, however, regularly forgets and instead makes appointments every 3 months. This ends up
being $100 per year that you lose because Bill is mot making timely appointments. If your business

Once you have entered your clients' information into the system, ClientReminder.com will monitor
each client's appointment making and automatically send an email to the client whenever they are
late in scheduling an appointment. This does mean that you will have to regularly log onto and
update the system to check off which clients have made an appointment, but this should only take
minutes and should be well worth the small effort.
If you already have an employee who's job it is to back track the clients' last appointment and
call to remind them that it's time for their next appointment, then the ClientReminder.com
solution will allow that employee to spend much less of their time on that task and more time on

There are two versions of the service that are currently planned. The "Basic" version will be
more easily administered by you, but will not have some of the cutting edge functionality of the
"Enhanced" version. The Enhanced version will take more time to administer, but will make you
virtually free of your appointment book.
The features in the Enhanced version will include online access to your appointments either
through your computer or through a mobile device. If you have some type of Smart Phone, you can
literally lose your appointment book without losing your appointments. You will be able to view
your appointments as well as make, change, and delete appointments online. You will be able to
put a block on your "off time" so that appointments can't be made for times when you are out.
You will be able to have alerts sent to you reminding you prior to events such as your first
appointment of the day, before each scheduled appointment, or whenever a client makes a new
appointment. Your clients will be able to make appointments with you online at any time of day
and the reminder emails will contain a link for them to directly access your appointment book.
This will also include safety features built in that will prevent any person from filling up your
appointment book with "fake" appointments.

While we are in the process of developing this product and this site, we would like to take some time to explain what we do here and how it can help you in the near future.

You can probably tell that we are not up and running yet. We are still developing and will not release this product until it has been thoroughly tested and is completely ready. We will be periodically updating this site to let you see what we're doing and when you can expect to have the service available to you.
