Welcome ClientReminder.com
•The Problem
You work in a business in which your sales are generated by your regular customers making appointments with you at regular intervals. This could be once a month, once even 6 weeks, once every 3 months, even once a year. The problem is that a good portion of your customers don't make those appointments as regularly as they should...they forget. This means you are not making as much money as you would if they were scheduling the appointments as often as they should. You need to find a way to get these clients to make their appointments in a timely fashion. You need to make sure that somebody (other than you) is sitting in that chair as often as possible. You also need to do this simply, with the least time required by you, and as inexpensively as possible (we'll get to that later).

•The Solution
The simple solution to getting your clients to schedule their appointments on time is to remind them! Maybe they're forgetful, or maybe their life has just been busy, but you need to get them thinking about making that appointment...for your good and for their good. One of the best ways to remind them is to catch them at a time when they don't have something else going on. That's why email is such a good way to remind people of things that they may be forgetting. Most people look at their email when they don't have other distractions happening around them. This means that A) they have time to make the appointment immediately or B) that the seed of that reminder actually has time to take root and even if they can't make the appointment immediately, the reminder has sunk in and they are much more likely to remember to make that appointment sooner rather than later.

The trick is in timing the email so that it actually makes sense. It doesn't make any sense for somebody who gets their hair cut every 8 weeks to get a reminder to make an appointment only two weeks after getting their last hair cut! In this case, your customer will probably ignore the email (and any others that come after it) and completely forget to make an appointment by the time they actually should. If a client should normally schedule an appointment every 8 weeks, then you probably should not send a reminder until the eighth week with maybe a follow-up a couple weeks later if they still haven't made an appointment. ClientReminder.com has a solution for this too.
•What ClientReminder.com Does For You
In business terms, ClientReminder.com is a tool to helps you maximize your current client base with a minimum amount of time required by you. In simpler terms it is a service that you manage through the Internet that helps you remind your clients that it's time to make their appointments. Now before you hear "Internet" and just shut down, we understand that not everybody is some kind of computer guru and we are committed to making this tool very easy to use and very user-friendly.

ClientReminder will automatically send personalized reminder emails to your clients based on their individual pre-set appointment schedule. We understand that not every customer is the same and they all have different amounts of time between appointments...we'll call this "return rate". You will be able to set up each of your clients with their own individual return rate so that (for instance) Martha will get her reminder at 8 weeks and Bill will get his at 4 weeks if they haven't already made an appointment. If they have made an appointment, then they don't get a reminder.

Now this isn't some kind of magic, psychic, computer thing that automatically knows when your client has made an appointment. It is very important to us to let you know what to realistically expect. It will still take a minimum of work on your part, but we do not expect that to be more than 15-30 minutes a week to log on and let the system know who has made appointments. You will not have to thumb through your appointment book, looking for clients that have not had recent appointments. You will not have to type and send the emails. This is all done automatically behind the scenes while you sleep! We definitely think that if that 15-30 minutes gets you 2-3 (or more) additional appointments per week, then it was well worth the time!
•Here's What Could Be The Best Part
You can end up getting this service for a reduced cost or even free! Now I know Mom and Dad said that you don't get something for nothing and they were right. You actually have to do something to get this service for a reduced price, but it should be pretty easy. You will receive credit to your monthly bill for each person you refer to ClientReminder.com up to the point where you are getting your monthly service for free. Now, of course, the people you refer actually have to sign up for the service and their accounts need to be in good standing or else we would be out of business pretty quickly. Our thinking is that if we put out a quality service that helps you, then you will probably want to let your friends (and other clients) in on the secret anyway, but it certainly won't hurt for us to give you an incentive to tell more people. By the way...the offer is also good for the people you refer. They can get a reduced price too, the same way you did!
